Cancellation Policy

Notice period: This is clearly stated that the required notice period for cancellations to avoid fees, is 24 -48 hours before scheduled appointment. You can contact me at Nicolethedivineoracle@gmail.com to cancel appointment and for rescheduling, as long it is in the forementioned parameters set herein. Cancellation fee structure: There will be no incurred cancellation fee for notices 24-48 hours prior to appointment/session. A full refund is available for cancellations that are 3 days prior to the appointment/session start date; after that, no refunds will be issued. No-show policy: No shows or missing an appointment/session will not be refunded. The appointment will be charged the full session price. No refunds will be given. Services: After a service is provided, there will be no refunds available for set appointment or session.
